What do you actually handle?

Photos, files, browser history and the device according to the client's instructions.

Do you access social media?

No. We never access social media, email, or online accounts.

What if the device password does not work?

If the provided password cannot unlock the device, we will perform a device reset. Keeping the device password up to date ensures the intended processing can occur.

Can the device be sold instead of transferred?

Yes. The device can be sold at fair market value upon request of client and the proceeds sent to the designated recipient via check.

How is the device sent?

DMSH Trust provides the shipping box and instructions. However, shipping the device remains the responsibility of the client's designated contact.

Is the process audited?

Yes. Internal audit procedures and chain-of-custody logs ensure proper handling.
